April is National Earthquake Preparedness month.� The attached flyer has safety tips and general information to prepare your school for an earthquake.� You can download a free activity book at www.iinc.org/pdf/EQ03Book.pdf, or use curriculum from the American Red Cross's Masters of Disaster.

What to do if you forgot your Safety Net password?

If you have forgotten your password for this site, please request your password to be reset by clicking on the "Forgotten your password?" link under the login form. You will need to enter your username and email address (usernames are based off of firstinital+lastname (eg., Davy Crockett's username would be dcrockett). You should also enter the email address that was registered with ISSDS. If you are unable to reset your password, please contact Webmaster to have the password reset.

What is the Permian Basin Safety Net?

The Permian Basin Safety Net was developed through an Emergency Response and Crisis Management Grant from the United States Department of Education for over $600,000. The purpose of this grant is to utilize collaboration, training, and technology to create a safer school enviroment for educational communities represented by the grant partners.
